Realme GT5 Pro will arrive with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 globally

Yesterday, Realme confirmed that it will soon launch the Realme GT 5 Pro, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, in China. The device is expected to be launched in the Chinese market in November or December this year. Now, the brand has released the following teaser to confirm its arrival in the global market.

As you can see from the poster above, Realme has unveiled a new GT series phone equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip for the global market. While the poster does not state the name of the device, it is quite evident that the brand could be teasing the Realme GT 5 Pro for the global market. Here’s a look at the rumors that have leaked about the GT 5 Pro so far.




Realme GT 5 Pro Specifications

The Realme GT 5 Pro is said to be equipped with an OLED panel supplied by BOE that offers 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device will run on Android 14 based on Realme UI 5 and will have an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.

There is no information about the front camera of the Realme GT 5 Pro. However, its rear panel is expected to feature a round camera module with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX966 main camera with OIS support, an IMX851 ultra-wide-angle lens, and a IMX890 telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom.

The top variant of the Realme GT 5 Pro will have 24GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It can house a 5400 mAh battery with 150W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. The device is expected to feature a 10,000mm² VC liquid cooling system, a metal central frame, and an IP-rated chassis equipped with a vegan leather backing. It is likely to be priced around 4,000 yuan (540 euros).
